A four-year letter winner who started 106 games in center field, Alex would like to be the general manager of the St. Louis Cardinals some day.

"I chose Luther because of its student/teacher ratio and its job placement percentage. I also chose Luther because I knew I could play a competitive sport for four more years.

"The baseball squad here is great. My teammates made me feel like a part of the team from day one, and everyone loves to play the game. My most rewarding experience was when we won both the regular-season title and the conference tournament that earned us a spot in the national tournament."
