- 1982 graduate of Luther College
- Seventh year as head coach.
- Named Four-Year College Coach of the Year by Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association in 2007.
- Has posted 459 career wins in 18 years.
- Led the Norse to their first Iowa Conference championship and first trip to the NCAA III National Tournament since 1985 last year.
- Has led the Norse to 98 wins the past three years including back-to-back 20 wins seasons in 2004 and 2005 and a school record 31 wins last season.
- During his six years as the Norse skipper, his teams have set 46 individual and team school records.
- Has coached teams to one regional and three district/state championships and seventh place in one World Series.
- Has coached 79 all-conference performers during his career.
- Has coached 30 all-district/state, 18 all-region, and nine All- American players.

- 2003 graduate of Luther College.
- Also works as a Luther College Admissions Counselor.
- Sixth year as an assistant, third as the pitching coach.
- Has coached three all-Iowa Conference pitchers and two all-region performers.
- In 2007, the Norse pitching staff led the league with a 3.63 team ERA. This also ranked 36th in the NCAA III.
- Assistant High School Baseball Coach (2000-05).
- Three-year letter winner for the Norse (2000-02) as a member of the pitching staff.

- 2005 graduate of Luther College.
- Second year as an assistant coach.
- Rejoins Norse staff after teaching 9th grade special education at Lincoln High School in Des Moines.
- In 2005-06 taught elementary education at De Soto High School where he also served as an assistant football coach and head boys basketball coach.
- Four-year letter winner for the Norse baseball who was a starting pitcher and first baseman, earning all-conference honors twice and was also an all-region pitcher.
- He was also a four-year letter winner and three-year starter on the Norse football team.
