- 1997 graduate of St. John's University - B.A.
- Fifth year as head cross-country coach for both the men's program.
- Named Iowa Conference Coach of the Year in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
- Has led the Norse to three consecutive Iowa Conference Championships in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
- Has also led the Norse to the NCAA III National Championships placing 6th in 2006 and 8th in 2007.
- Also serves as assistant track and field coach.
- Prior to taking over the Norse programs Steve spent two years as an assistant at Williams College (MA), where the women's team won the national championship in 2004 and the men's team finished in the top-10 in 2003 and 2004.
- From 2000-2002 head men's coach of cross country at Macalester College (MN).
- 1997 graduate of St. John's University (MN) where he earned all-conference honors while a student-athlete in cross country and track.
Adam Frye

- 2007 graduate of Luther College - B.A. physical education with an emphasis in exercise science.
- 2009 graduate of the University of Minnesota - M.S. kinesiology.
- First year as an assistant coach.
- USATF level one certified coach.
- Served as captain of the Norse cross country and track teams as a senior.
- Assistant cross country and track coach at Hamline University 2007-09.
- Will also be teaching an anatomy course in the Health and Physical Education department.

Student Assistant Coach

- 2009 graduate of Luther College - family health, exercise science and psychology major
- First year as an assistant coach.
- Four-year runner on both the cross country and track teams for the Norse.
