Norse Fall to Knights 2-0

Carleton College ran its string of consecutive wins over the Norse to four, posting a 2-0 victory here in Decorah this evening. Carleton, ranked #20 in the nation, improved its season record to 12-1-2. The loss drops Luther's overall record to 7-6-2.
The Knights did all of their damage in the first half, scoring goals in the 22nd and 43rd minutes. The Norse out shot the Knights, but only place five shots on goal, compared to the Knights 10.
Luther returns to Iowa Conference action on Wednesday with a match here in Decorah against Simpson College. Kick-off is slated for 5:00 p.m.
