After 110 Minutes - All Tied in St. Paul

After 110 minutes of play, nothing was decided in St. Paul this evening, as Luther and host Macalester College finished in a 0-0 double overtime tie.
Leif Madsen went the distance in the nets for the Norse and was credited with eight saves. His opponent, Evan Mitchell, also went the distance and recorded six saves.
Luther is now 3-3-2 and Macalester moved to 4-2-3. Luther's first tie of the season was also a 0-0 double overtime affair with St. John's University on Sept. 2.
The Norse will return home to host UW-Whitewater on Sept. 27 with start time scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
