Luther rolls to 9-0 victory over dordt

The men's tennis team made quick work of non-conference opponent Dordt College this morning here in Decorah. The match lasted a bit over 1 1/3 hours as Luther won all six singles matches in straight sets and dropped just 10 games in doubles play.
In doubles action, Tyler Zinnecker and Cole Henry teamed at #1 and were victorious 8-4. Steve Holt and Zach Kulzer posted the same score at #3, while Joe LaFountaine and Tyler Van Heest won 8-2 at #2.
Sam Burman played #1 singles and won 6-0, 6-2 over Scott Kraayenbrink. Zinnecker tallied a 6-0, 6-3 victory at #2 and did La Fontaine at #4. Henry won 6-2, 6-1 at #2, while Holt won 6-1, 6-0 at #5 and Dan Moss posted a 7-5, 6-0 victory at #6.
The Norse will resume action later this afternoon when they will face Northwestern College (MN) at 3:00 p.m.
