Luther Begins Spring Trip with 9-0 victory over hamline university

Luther kicked-off its annual spring trip to Orlando, Florida with a 9-0 victory over Hamline University this morning. The Norse dropped just five games in doubles play and posted straight set victories in all six singles matches. The 9-0 victory was the ninth of the season for the Norse and third in the last four matches.
Luther will resume play this afternoon when they will clash with another regionally ranked team UW-Whitewater. The Norse enter this match with an overall record of 17-3 and ranked #12 in the Central Region. UW-Whitewater is ranked #9.
