- 22nd year as head coach.
- Has coached 51 conference champions and 29 All-Americans including 2001 Indoor Distance Medley Relay National Championship team.
- Has coached 274 track-and-field all-conference performers.
- Named 1995 Iowa Conference Coach of the Year in track and field.
- Serves as co-director of the Luther College Distance Running Camp.
Bob Naslund

- 1965 graduate of Luther College.
- Entering his 46th year at Luther, 42nd as a coach.
- As a the head track and field coach, he led the Norse to 11 IIAC championships.
- Named Iowa Conference Coach of the Year eight consecutive years from 1970-77
- Has coached five Iowa Conference MVPs.
- Also serves as an assistant football coach.
Steve Pasche

- 1997 graduate of St. John's University.
- Third year as assistant coach.
- Also serves as the head cross-country coach for both the men's and women's programs.
- Led Norse to back-to-back Iowa Conference cross country championship in 2006 and 2007.
- Men's cross-country team placed 6th at the NCAA III National Championships in 2006.
- Named Iowa Conference Cross Country Coach of the Year in 2006 and 2007.
- Prior to taking over the Norse programs Steve spent two years as an assistant at Williams College (MA), where the women's team won the national championship in 2004 and the men's team finished in the top-10 in 2003 and 2004.
- From 2000-2002 head men's coach of cross country at Macalester College (MN).

- 2000 Graduate of Macalester College.
- Third year as an assistant coach.
- Also serves as the associate head coach for women's cross country team.
- Led the Norse to back-to-back Iowa Conference cross-country championships in 2006 and 2007.
- Named Iowa Conference Coach of the Year in 2006 and 2007.
- Joined the Luther staff following two years as an assistant at Williams College (Mass.), where the women's team won the national title in 2004.
- Also has a position with Luther's study abroad department.
- Four-time All-American in 1500 meter run (1997-2000).
- Two-Time All-American in Cross Country (1997, 1998).
