#15 Luther Falls to #2 Wartburg 38-3

Top ranked Alec Bonander (Larchwood, Iowa/West Lyon) posted the only victory for the Norse this evening here in the Regents Center, as Wartburg cruised to a 38-3 victory. The Knights entered this match ranked #2 in the nation, dropping from the top spot earlier this week after losing to Augsburg College 21-20 in the finals of the NCAA III National Duals last weekend.
Bonander posted an 8-2 decision over Byron Tate and is now 14-2 for the year.

The Norse will return to action next Saturday, Jan. 24 when they will travel to Buena Vista University and the Iowa Conference Duals.
Luther will begin action at 9:00 a.m. against Central. At 10:30 a.m. Luther will face Cornell and at noon the Norse will wrestle Buena Vista University. The last match of the day will be against Loras at 1:30 p.m.
