Cross Country

Annie was pleasantly surprised by the special camaraderie she found on the Luther cross-country team. "To be honest, I was very reluctant about joining a new team and leaving my teammates at City High -- I really didn't expect to get emotionally connected to the Luther team. But after less than a season running with the Luther 'family,' I found such strong, caring teammates that I couldn't resist putting my heart and emotion into training and competing. "After I graduate from Luther, I would like to serve in the Peace Corps for a couple years."
