Luther Defeated by Bethel 4-3

Bethel University midfielder Jessie Tschetter scored her third and final goal of the evening in the 81st minute, that proved to be the game winner, as the Royals defeated the Norse 4-3 this evening.
Trailing 3-1 at halftime, Luther battled back to tie the score at 65:01, when Lisa Torgerson drove in her second of two penalty kicks. Kelsey Balk scored Luther's first goal of the evening at 16:16 assisted by Andrea Martinson and Anna Grinde.
The loss drops Luther's overall record to 3-3. The Norse will travel to Gustavus Adolphus on Sunday, Sept. 16 with a start time scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
