Alana was named Luther's MVP following the 2008-09 campaign.

"The coaching staff here has a high level of commitment to help us improve and become a great team. I have enjoyed my two years here because everyone on the team is dedicated to playing good tennis. Last year, we gelled as a group and were able to win 30 matches and qualify for the national tournament."
