Decorah High School: Co-captain…selected team MVP for field events in 2007…four-time national qualifier, twice in the discus and once in the shot put both outdoor and indoor…earned All-America honors in the discus in 2005 (5th) and 2006 (7th)…Iowa Conference champion in the discus in 2005…earned all-conference honors outdoors in the shot put in 2007…two-time indoor all-conference honoree in the shot put…member of 2007 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Outdoor All-Academic team…four-year letter winner in track while at Decorah High School…two-time state qualifier in the discus…daughter of Bobby and Paula Jewell.

Shakopee High School: Co-captain…three-year letter winner…reached the finals of the 100 meter dash outdoors in 2007 and placed eighth…has posted the 9th fastest time in school history in the 55-meter dash indoors (7.69) in 2006…also has tallied the 6th fastest time in the 200-meters (27.30)…outdoors she has run the 6th fastest time in the 100 meters (12.74)…member of school record 4 x 200 meter relay…two-time academic all-conference honoree…four-year letter winner in track and twice in soccer while at Shakopee High School…member of the National Honor Society…daughter of Tony and Anne Newman.

Glencoe-Silver Lake High School: Co-captain…three-year letter winner…member of school record distance medley relay…twice has earned all-conference honors indoors as a member of the distance medley relay…two-time academic all-conference honoree…earned five letters in cross country and four in track and field while at Glencoe-Silver Lake High School…three times earned all-conference honors in cross country and made one trip to the state meet…daughter of Mike and Jann Savre.

Wayzata High School: Shared Luther's Rookie of the Year honors with Rachel Wobeter…earned all-conference indoors as a member of the distance medley relay…was an all-conference performer in cross country in 2007 placing 15th at conference championships…also helped Luther to team championship of Central Regional and a 10th place finish at national cross country championships…three-year letter winner in both cross country and track and field while at Wayzata High School…academic all-state honoree in track…daughter of Rob and Maureen Dolan.

Valley Community High School: Earned her first letter last season…four-year letter winner while at Valley Community High School…two-time conference champion in the 100 meter hurdles…placed seventh in this same event at the Iowa State Championships as a junior and fourth as a senior…daughter of Tom and Robin Martin.
