- 2004 graduate of the University of St. Thomas.
- Takes over Norse program after serving as the top assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2006.
- Prior to UW-River Falls spent two seasons as the head assistant coach at NCAA I Gardner-Webb University, North Carolina (2004-2005).
- Four-year all-conference performer while at St. Thomas.
- Helped lead St. Thomas win two MIAC championships.
- MIAC Player of the Year as a senior.
- Twice named AVCA All-American.

- Sixth year as a Norse coach.
- Also serves as the Head Coach of Softball.
Rachelle Dosch
Assistant Coach

- 2007 graduate of the University of St. Thomas.
- First year as a Norse assistant.
- Has served as head coach for junior olympic volleyball teams for Blaine Juniors and Coon Rapids Juniors.
- Has also worked the past five years at UST Volleyball camps.
- Four-year varsity starter for the Tommies.
- Twice served as team captain.
- Three-time all-conference and twice all-district honoree.
- NCAA III All-American as a senior and also earned honorable mention All-American honor as a junior.
- Holds the St. Thomas school record for digs and ranks second all-time for kills.
- First player in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference to be ranked in the top-five in the league for both kills and digs.
