Saw action in 15 varsity games last season...joined the Norse after transferring from Wartburg College...multiple letter winner in volleyball, basketball, track and softball for the Wapello High School Arrows...earned all-conference, all-district and all-state honors in both softball and volleyball...when she graduated she held the school record for career sets and sets in a season...selected all-conference and all-district in basketball as well as earned all-conference honors in track...captain of all four teams...she is also be a member of the Norse softball team...member of the National Honor Society...daughter of Gavin and Julie Hjerleid.
