Luther swept by central in pella

The Luther College volleyball team was swept this evening by Central College in Pella. The Dutch posted set victories of 25-19, 25-15 and 25-22. The Norse tallied an attack percentage of 0.94 compared to Central's .234.
Taylor Skoglund was the only Luther player to reach double digits in kills. Skoglund was credited with 13. Emily Cory and Tiffany Kruse were next with six and five respectively.
The loss snapped a three-match win streak and drops Luther's Iowa Conference record to 3-2, 16-7 overall. Central moved to 2-3 in league play, 18-8 overall.
The Norse will return to action this weekend when they will travel to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh for a two-day tournament.
